Intensive Care Unit Nursing Program
The Discovery Program in Intensive Care Unit nursing is a unique opportunity for Division One Registered Nurses to gain valuable experience and skills in critical care.
The program is designed to provide participants with the foundation knowledge and skills required for working in ICU, including advanced clinical skills, critical thinking, and patient assessment and management.
As part of the program, participants will have supernumerary orientation days and five educational study days to enhance their knowledge and skills.
The successful applicants will be supported with our well-established structured program, which includes leadership training and professional development planning.
