About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organised individual to join our team as an Office Operations Coordinator. As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be the key representative between Business Services and our internal stakeholders and service providers. Your duties will include:
">
- Welcoming visitors and guests to the office
">
- Assisting in facilitating event coordination and hospitality management
">
- Ensuring our conference rooms are maintained to the highest standards
">
- Assisting with AV support and troubleshooting in conjunction with our Brisbane based technology support and help desk team
">
- Providing business services and facilities management support to our Hubs and branches
">
Requirements:
">
To succeed in this role, you will have:
">
- Front of house professional office role experience where you have managed multiple tasks and prioritised effectively
">
- Concierge or customer-facing role with administrative responsibilities
">
- Sound information management capabilities, medium level Microsoft skills including presentations, spreadsheets, PowerPoint and word processing
">
- Business, Finance, Administration qualifications are desirable
">
