Job Description

Force 3 Pty Ltd - Cellmate. As a Technical Sales Representative for our leading company, specialising in mobile device sales and repair services, you will be at the forefront of our expansion with a deep understanding of our products and services offering, including mobile, iPad, smartphones, tablets, computers, and device repair. This role demands a dynamic individual with a strong technical background in mobile devices, combined with exceptional sales and marketing skills.

Responsibilities
* Develop marketing materials and conduct competitor research to build relationships and optimise our online presence to promote the features and benefits of mobile device products and services.
* Implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products and services, including mobile devices, computers, iPads and repair services. Create engaging marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and digital content to communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
* Conduct thorough competitor research to identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for differentiation, while staying updated on industry trends and customer preferences to inform brand positioning, market expansion and customer acquisition.
* Proactively identify sales opportunities and generate leads through networking and prospecting; build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
* Execute digital marketing campaigns to highlight product features and benefits, create and manage digital materials such as website content, social media posts and email campaigns, optimise online presence, and track sales performance metrics.
* Plan and coordinate events to showcase our mobile products, including industry conferences, trade shows and customer appreciation events, collaborating with the events team to maximise networking and acquisition opportunities.
Qualifications
* Suitable certification or relevant experience.
* At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar environment.
