Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with clients and suppliers for tender opportunities
* Prepare accurate cost estimates and material take-offs
* Analyse subcontractor quotes and production rates
* Develop project durations and overheads with delivery teams
* Support post-tender negotiations and variation claims
What You'll Bring:
* Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Trade Qualification
* 3–5+ years' experience in estimating roles
* Strong skills in Buildsoft Global, Microsoft Project, and Excel
* High attention to detail and ability to work independently
