Job Description
We are seeking experienced tax professionals to join our award-winning team, working with a diverse portfolio of large multinational clients. Our team provides comprehensive financial and tax advice, including self-managed super funds, audits, registered company audits, insolvency services, business restructuring, ATO negotiations, private rulings, and financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
* Review the work of intermediate and junior accountants and provide tax guidance to clients
* Perform Division 7A, CGT, and grouping provisions in relation to payroll tax
* Research and submit private rulings for clients, including objections
* Work with large and medium-sized clients, including companies, trusts, overseas trusts, and groups
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Degree in accounting from an Australian institution
* Completed or working towards CA/CPA qualification
* At least 2+ years of experience in an Australian accounting firm
* Experience using Xero and BGL (preferred)
* Strong technical knowledge of accounting and taxation fundamentals
