Order Fulfillment Specialist
In this hands-on role, you will ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer orders while providing exceptional customer service.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to manage e-commerce fulfillment through WooCommerce/Shopify, including picking, packing, booking, and dispatching orders. Your strong organizational and communication skills will be essential in ensuring seamless delivery of our products.
This role requires someone who is available Monday-Friday for a 9:00am to 3:00 pm shift.
Key Responsibilities:
* Order Fulfilment: Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders in a timely manner.
* Customer Service: Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues via email, live chat, and social media platforms.
* Quality Control: Ensure all orders are accurate and address any discrepancies.
* Stock Management: Organise new stock arrivals and maintain inventory records.
* Courier Coordination: Liaise with courier companies to ensure seamless deliveries.
* Product Preparation: Assist with preparing customised items for customers.
* Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.

* Reliability and Autonomy: Ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
* Computer Literacy: Competence with computers is essential; basic Photoshop skills are advantageous but not required.
* Social Media: An understanding of social media and email marketing tools.
Prior experience in automobile/caravan/4WD industry will be preferred but not essential.
