**Responsibilities include**:
- Control and presentation over front reception area
- Greet clients in accordance with company's customer service standards
- Property Management administration as required
- Sales administration as required
- Assisting with preparation of campaigns & marketing
- Create and maintain content for office social media pages
- Photocopy documents and forward facsimiles for all staff when required
- Banking as required
- Tending to mail were required
- Control stock of stationery and kitchen supplies. Ensure stationery cupboard is kept neat and tidy
- Maintain photocopier and stock drawers with paper each morning
- Ensure that the receptionist desk, meeting rooms and surrounding area is tidy and counter clean and dusted. Vacuum/mop if necessary
- General cleaning duties - emptying bins, loading and unloading dishwasher, maintaining reception and kitchen area
- Filing and archiving
- Database management
- Experience in a similar position ideally within the real estate/property industry however is not necessary
- A high level of initiative, organisation and time management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and an immaculate appearance are essential.
- Have an energetic and enthusiastic personality and be looking for diversity in a role
- Be a team player who can work well under pressure
- Does not hold certificate higher than Cert II in any field.
