We have a well-known, own and operated client seeking an experienced administration/office support person to join their team in Kalgoorlie. The Administration person is a key part of the office team, providing professional services to support effective service delivery and daily business operations.
Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Coordinate and carry out all reception duties
2. Prepare, record, and store all incoming supplier invoices
3. Manage the Admin email inbox and answer all incoming calls
4. Support on-site job allocation
5. Meet and greet clients and employees with exceptional customer service
6. Assist with equipment and vehicle management and maintenance
7. Manage uniform orders and stock maintenance
8. Handle requirements for FIFO personnel
Experience and Skills:
1. Previous experience in an administrative and/or reception role
2. Experience with Microsoft Office and accounts management
3. Intermediate computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheets
4. Excellent verbal and written communication with high attention to detail
5. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with customer service focus
6. Ability to work independently
Additional Information:
The Administration person is often the first point of contact with the public. It is essential they are pleasant, courteous, highly professional, and able to interact with a diverse range of people. The role requires proficiency in a fast-paced environment and close collaboration with the Accounts and Office Manager.
