**Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
* National criminal history/police check
* Valid First Aid and CPR certificate
* Blue Card
**Experience:*
* Knowledge of the aged care industry/issues or Community Home Care, Continuous Quality Improvement, the Aged Care Quality Principles and the Aged Care Quality Standards – Essential
* Previous experience in Aged Care or related discipline – Desirable
* Easily adaptable to new software platforms
**Responsibilities:
* Building strong and meaningful connections with clients and their family
* Conducting comprehensive client assessments and development of care plans
* Providing professional health and clinical care advice and direction to a team of home care workers
* Liaising with clients and their families on a regular basis, addressing any concerns and service satisfaction
* Maintaining up-to-date client records and information
