Restaurant & Café Supervisor — Lead Service & Growth

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
* Train new staff members on restaurant procedures, policies, and standards of practice.
* Maintain efficient operations by managing stock levels, inventory control systems (ICs), wastage reduction strategies (WRS), kitchen layout design considerations when refurbishing existing restaurants or opening new ones; optimize floor layouts depending upon type of cuisine offered;
