Job Description
In this role you will be a key member of our close‐knit branch in Geraldton, responsible for delivering great customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry.

A typical day will involve
* Providing solutions and in‐store experience that inspires our customers.
* Admin duties such as managing sales orders, quotes and customer projects.
* Building relationships with suppliers to ensure margins are maintained.
* Responding to customer queries and making follow‐up calls.
* Maintaining a well‐run storeroom and contributing to the overall look of the branch.
* Loading and unloading deliveries; picking, packing, dispatching orders; receiving goods in and out; inventory and stocktake.
* Driving safely and abiding by road rules at all times.
* Championing an already strong safety culture.
Qualifications
* You bring positive energy to the team and are highly motivated to become an expert in your field.
* Passionate about building strong working relationships with new and existing customers.
* Experience in electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry highly regarded – otherwise we will provide product training.
* Current valid Australian Drivers Licence.
* Exceptional attention to detail with previous stores/warehousing experience desirable.
* Current forklift licence desirable.
