Key Role in Human Resources Team
The company seeks an experienced HR Advisor to join its Human Resources team across the Penrite Group.
This role will play a key part in supporting leaders and employees across the business.
* Policy management involves revising, creating, and educating stakeholders on HR policies.
* Employee relations matters are supported and run end-to-end, including investigations, disciplinary processes, and performance management.
* Recruitment assistance includes posting job ads, screening candidates, organising interviews, reference checks, and drafting employment contracts with a high level of accuracy.
* HR forms, templates, and processes must be current and easily accessible.
* Engagement initiatives are managed, and coordination occurs with other key stakeholders to deliver results.
