Our grounds team are passionate about their work and are dedicated to providing a unique environment for our residents. They enjoy the varied tasks that come with maintaining our gardens, from planting new flowers to pruning hedges and edging lawns.
As a member of our grounds team you will be responsible for ensuring our gardens and outdoor spaces remain well-maintained. This will involve a range of tasks, including:
* New plant outs
* Hedge trimming and shaping
* Mowing and edging
* Spraying and weeding
* Re-potting and pruning
* Developing and landscaping new garden beds
* Maintaining pathways and ponds
You may also be required to assist with general maintenance tasks, such as taking out the rubbish and reading utility meters.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
* A Certificate III in Horticulture or similar qualification
* Demonstrated prior experience in groundskeeping, gardening or landscaping
* A team-oriented work ethic
* A passion for working with older adults
* Preferably, expertise in hedging and shaping
