About The Role
As a Program Coordinator in our Engineering Futures team, you'll play a key role in delivering impactful programs and initiatives that strengthen and diversify the engineering profession. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you'll keep programs and projects on track, support collaboration, and ensure timely reporting—contributing to a workforce that's skilled, inclusive, and ready for the future.
Location
Preference for Canberra, Sydney, or Perth, with a minimum of two days in the office each week, you can choose which days, with flexibility built in.
In This Role You Will
* Lead the coordination, monitoring, and reporting of all Engineering Futures programs and projects.
* Develop and maintain reporting processes that meet stakeholder needs and organisational priorities.
* Collaborate across the business and work closely with the Business Transformation team to manage priorities, timelines and delivery requirements.
* Build strong working relationships across the organisation to support effective collaboration and deliver outcomes
* Liaise with stakeholders to implement plans and schedules aligned with business priorities and manage all internal and external reporting requirements.
Here's What We're Looking For
* Experienced in coordinating business administration activities across multiple programs and projects in dynamic environments.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing demands, and track progress.
* Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders and community groups.
* Skilled in producing clear, audience-appropriate communications and reports, with proficiency across multiple IT systems and platforms.
* Collaborative team player with a track record of delivering results alongside multidisciplinary teams.
