Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced professionals to join the Education department as the Workplace Trainer and Business Partner at Echuca Regional Health.
This role supports Echuca Regional Health, Cohuna District Hospital, Kyabram District Health, and Rochester-Elmore District Health services. The Workplace Trainer/Business Partner will provide essential training and career advice aligned with the Health & Allied, Managers & Administrative Workers Enterprise Agreement.
Key responsibilities include:
Operate as a regional partner to deliver technical training, support, and strategic planning across various areas.
Provide advice to employees on career pathways and potential training opportunities.
Identify and monitor internal and external regional trends.
Build relationships and partnerships to enhance workplace training opportunities across the region.
Conduct and maintain organizational needs analysis to determine training requirements.
Oversee traineeship programs and collaborate with the Human Resources team.
Qualifications/experience required:
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Current Australian Driver’s License.
Ability to work autonomously and meet KPIs.
Relevant experience in delivering training packages or career pathway advice.
Business diploma or equivalent vocational qualification.
