This is not a "learn on the job" role. We want someone who can work fast, clean, and consistent in a busy service environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Prepare, stretch, top, and fire pizzas at volume
* Manage dough + prep systems with consistency
* Maintain speed and quality under pressure
* Keep your section clean, stocked, and organised
* Follow Frankie B's standards every service
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* 2+ years pizza experience (Italian-style preferred)
* Strong service rhythm and station control
* High standards for cleanliness + detail
* Reliable, calm, and team-first
