What You'll Be Doing
* Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
* Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.
* Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
* Maintain a clean, organised reception and waiting area.
* Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
* Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
What You'll Bring

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* High degree of digital literacy.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role is highly regarded.
