About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key existing clients that are of significant strategic importance to the organisation.
The role requires a strong networker and strategic relationship builder, internally and externally. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities and upselling/cross-selling with a proven track record in retaining clients and delivering against targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain relationships with key existing clients and identify opportunities for growth and development.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
* Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients and improve customer satisfaction.
* Work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services to clients.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years experience in a Business Development or sales-related role.
* Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong focus on client relationships.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
* A strong understanding of the financial services industry, with knowledge of products and services offered by Iress.
