We're working with a trades business looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to keep the office running smoothly.
This role is varied, from scheduling jobs and supporting our service team, to helping with accounts and keeping our systems up to date.
What you'll do Schedule service jobs and liaise with customers & technicians Support with accounts tasks - invoices, payments, reconciliations Maintain compliance records, warranties & supplier info General office admin, data entry, and updating our systems What we're looking for Previous admin experience (HVAC/trades/service industry a bonus) Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, MYOB/Aroflo a plus) Great communication skills and attention to detail Someone who's organised, reliable, and enjoys variety What's in it for you?
