- Rate: $50.37 per hour + superannuation
About the Role:
Reporting to the Project Coordinator, the AO3 Project Support Officer will provide essential administrative and operational support to aerial treatment programs.
This role involves managing client and operational data, ensuring data integrity, preparing reports for management decision-making, and supporting the technical delivery of FAST operations.
The position requires accuracy, problem-solving, and the ability to contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative support for aerial treatment activities, including updating client information in relevant systems
- Enter, edit, and maintain electronic and hard copy records, raising data issues as required to ensure accuracy
- Export, collate, and review data to support reporting and management decision making
- Provide timely and accurate administrative support, including completion of internal quality assurance measures
- Apply judgement and problem-solving for non-routine tasks to meet deadlines and competing priorities
- Maintain a working knowledge of relevant information systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes and procedures
- Provide technical support for operational delivery of QUICK programs
- Other duties as required
Mandatory Requirements:
- Full Australian working rights
- Current driver's licence
Desirable Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience in ArcGIS or other GIS software
- Qualifications in a related field
- Experience in operations administration and customer service
