Role Overview
NTT Data is seeking an AI Operating Model Specialist to define an enterprise‐wide operating model that will guide how AI is adopted, governed, and scaled across business and functional domains. This role will work closely with accountable leaders to define vision, capability requirements, operating structures, and a transformation roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
* Define AI operating model frameworks and capability structures
* Work with operational and technology leaders to shape domain‐level AI roadmaps
* Develop process models, roles, accountability structures, and service design
* Support enterprise uplift of AI maturity and operating practices
* Translate strategy into executable plans
* Support alignment across business, digital, and data functions
Skills & Experience
* Strong previous experience in operating model design or transformation
* Strong understanding of AI adoption frameworks or digital operating models
* Ability to design capability structures and functional models
* Strong stakeholder management and strategic communication skills
* Exposure to cloud, data, or AI ecosystems beneficial
