Become our BDM Extraordinaire at JMO Property Group Pty Ltd, a full-time position located in Ormeau, QLD 4208. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving business development and maximising opportunities for our growing property management portfolio.
Key responsibilities
* Prospecting and cold-calling to identify new business opportunities and grow our client base
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
* Negotiating and closing deals to generate new listings and property management contracts
* Attending industry events and networking to raise the profile of JMO Property Group
* Providing regular reports and performance updates to the management team
* Identifying and capitalising on market trends to uncover new business avenues
* Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service
What we're looking for
* Proven track record in a business development or sales role within the real estate or property management industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
* Strong prospecting and lead generation capabilities to drive new business
* Highly organised and able to prioritise a diverse workload
* Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for the real estate industry
* Relevant real estate qualifications or certifications
