You will work closely with allied health teams to support residents in maintaining functional abilities by following established care plans and providing person-centred support during therapeutic activities. Additionally, ensure all practices comply with Work Health and Safety policies, encourage family involvement in daily life, and maintain high-quality services that meet resident needs effectively promoting a safe environment for everyone involved.
