About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technology Solutions Specialist to serve as a strategic technology partner for key enterprise accounts and opportunities in Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the senior technical advisor for assigned strategic enterprise accounts, aligning with client stakeholders.
* Collaborate with sales leadership to develop go-to-market and account penetration strategies: understand business outcomes and map our Brain Suite solutions to them.
* Lead large, complex opportunities: perform technical discovery, architect solutions, map integrations (APIs, cloud, omnichannel fulfillment, payment rails), and articulate value at the executive level.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in technical sales and solution architecture.
* Strong understanding of business outcomes and ability to map solutions to them.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
