About the Role
As Practice Manager, you’ll combine leadership with hands-on nursing:
* Oversee day-to-day operations (stock control, rostering, client records)
* Lead and develop the team to deliver outstanding client experiences
* Build a positive, collaborative team culture
* Drive business growth through local marketing initiatives
* Ensure monthly KPIs are met
* Mentor and train nurses while participating in nursing duties
About You
* Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent experience)
* Previous experience in Practice Management or as a Senior Vet Nurse
* Strong leadership and team-building skills
* Excellent animal handling and knowledge of veterinary nursing procedures
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills
* Business acumen and organisational ability
* Genuine care for clients, patients, and your team
