Job Title: Customer Service Officer
About the Opportunity
You will play a vital role in helping Australians service their own businesses, keeping millions of people connected and building community resilience. Every year, around one million customers walk into our offices.
Your key responsibilities include performing customer sales and service transactions with customers, managing high value transactions accurately, and conducting and processing identity services transactions including Australian Passport Interviews.
You will also promote our products and services through up-selling and cross-selling, merchandising and other promotional activities, as well as assisting customers with mail lodgements and associate costs.
Working hours are 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 2pm, with opportunities for career development and ongoing training.
Requirements
* Prior experience in customer service and/or cash handling is highly regarded.
* The ability to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for your shift is essential.
