Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll have full accountability for the running of the store during evening and night trade. You'll take pride in contributing to a store which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and local community.
Qualifications & Skills
* Previous experience working in a fast‐paced environment
* Direct leadership experience to lead, coach and develop your team to meet sales targets and cost control
* Ability to keep things simple and inspire customers by ensuring Coles' visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards are met
* Customer obsession and a continual desire to better understand our diverse customers
* Drive a one‐team culture celebrating success and putting team members' health, safety and wellbeing first
