Our Store Managers lead our teams in providing an exceptional customer experience. From driving sales targets to owning the training and development of a close-knit team, this role is diverse and dynamic.

As a Store Manager, you'll be fully responsible for the day-to-day operations of your store and for managing and leading a team every day. You'll set the stage for your store and drive performance across all financial, customer, people, and compliance results.

* Ensure smooth store operations, helping to keep our customers satisfied.
* Help develop the next generation of leaders by training and coaching team members to excel.
* Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness throughout your store.
* Effectively manage stock, keeping inventory levels optimal and minimizing losses.
* Collaborate with your team on tasks like operating registers, filling shelves, and merchandising special buys.
* Identify opportunities for improvement - we love innovative ideas.
* Manage resources efficiently, achieving goals without compromising quality.
* Conduct interviews for potential new team members to assist the Area Manager in selecting the right candidates.
