Task & Responsibilities
Working in the position of Systems Analyst, (Technical Consultant)
Reporting to the project Head or senior positions
Identifying the need for ERP Solutions, and CRM solutions, banking software installations, integrating business hubs and branches.
Manage implementation of ERP solutions for multiple clients, ensuring seamless integration with client's existing systems and improving specific business needs.
Conducting comprehensive business process analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder interviews to identify business needs and areas of improvement.
Dealing with internal and external teams, including developers, software testing teams, project managers, and infrastructure teams to define the project scope, deliverables, solution customization, and timelines as per the client's need.
Managed and organised workshops and training sessions for end users for effective ERP solution delivery and transition to the new solution.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to perform solution evaluation and client feedback for further opportunities for improvement and solution enhancements.
Preparing project sign-off reports and dealing with the HOD of each department.
Meet the client to prepare a system requirement study and map it with the existing software.
Meeting clients, to discuss the business requirement, which can be later, converted into SRS, and RFQ for the development team
Using report writers, for report designing as per client needs and embedding the same in the software products.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor in ERP Systems, or Software prefered
having atleast 2 years onshore work experience in Australia
Preferablly should have knowledge of any of the leading ERP solutions, like Netsuite, Sales Force, Zoho, Navision, Focus, Odoo ERP
