BLC Queensland is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing team. This role is based in Greenbank, QLD and will involve supervising and coordinating maintenance within a master planned community.
What you'll be doing
* Supervise and coordinate day-to-day landscape maintenance operations.
* Plan and allocate labour, plant, and materials to ensure efficient delivery of scheduled maintenance works.
* Lead, mentor, and monitor maintenance crew to achieve high standards of workmanship and presentation.
* Carry out and oversee horticultural maintenance including mowing, edging, pruning mulching and plant health.
* Manage minor reactive works and defects rectification in timely and cost effective manner.
What we're looking for
* Proven experience supervising or learning landscape maintenance crew on commercial projects
* Strong horticultural knowledge, including turf maintenance, plant care, pruning and seasonal programs,
* Demonstrate ability to plan, prioritise, and coordinate daily maintenance activities across multiple work areas.
* Solid understanding of WHS requirement and safe work practices on active sites and in public environment.
* Construction industry white card and current driver's licence is a requirement
