What\'s Involved
As the Senior Operator Trainer/Assessor you will play a critical role in preparing crews to safely and effectively operate their Mission System during introduction into service. You will:
* Conduct operating task analysis and contribute to Mission System Design
* Develop operating procedures, training packages and assessment tools
* Deliver operator training aligned to SADL/ADDIE
* Ensure all training and operating documentation integrates with the IPS framework
* Mentor junior trainers, mariner trainees, and customer crew
* Work closely with Engineering, IPS and subcontractor teams to ensure operators are mission-ready
You'll Need
1. Australian citizenship (required for AGSVA Baseline Clearance)
2. TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training Assessment
3. Demonstrated leadership in training delivery
4. 5+ years maritime training/assessment experience (e.g., OOW, Deck Ops, Integrated Rating, Marine Operations Trainer)
5. 3+ years Defence training experience (Navy preferred, Army/Air Force considered if relevant)
