About the Role As we continue to welcome visitors to the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, we have an opportunity for a passionate and friendly Guest Services Officer to support the delivery of providing a warm welcome to our visitors, selling tickets and memberships, and providing an overall exceptional visitor experience. As our enthusiastic and reliable Guest Services Officer, you will deliver a warm welcome to our guests and deliver accurate administration, directions, and information to our visitors. Reporting to our Guest Services Manager, you will be part of a friendly and welcoming team and be responsible for providing customer service to a diverse range of people and providing accurate and timely information to visitor’s enquiries. About You To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and customer service skills & are comfortable communicating with both local and international guests. Previous experience in ticketing, reservations or guest relations will be highly regarded.
