We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse's with at least 12 months of experience in aged care to join our clinical team. As an integral member of our care team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality nursing care and supporting the wellbeing and dignity of elderly residents.
The ideal candidate will be clinically competent, possess strong communication skills, and be committed to person-centred care in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards.
Skills and Ex perience:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
* Minimum 12 months experience in residential aged care or similar setting.
* Sound clinical knowledge and skills, with experience in medication administration, wound care, and dementia support.
* Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and a commitment to continuous improvement.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Proficient in electronic documentation systems
* Flexible, reliable, and empathetic approach to resident care.
Qualifcations
* Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent.
* Current First Aid and CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain).
* Up-to-date NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Check (or ability to obtain).
* Evidence of COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations, as per current health directives.
