The Role
We are seeking a Domestic Account Executive to join our team of dedicated professionals. In this autonomous role, you will manage your own portfolio of domestic clients, including home, motor, strata, and boat insurance. You'll oversee all aspects of their insurance needs, from quotations and new business to renewals and endorsements.
This position also offers a clear pathway for growth within our organisation, providing the opportunity to develop into more senior or specialised roles over time, or transition into other areas of our business.
Key Responsibilities
•Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
•Handle new business quotes, renewals, and mid-term policy adjustments.
•Liaise with underwriters to negotiate competitive terms.
•Review policy documentation and confirmations from insurers.
•Prepare invoices and manage policy administration.
•Support clients through the claims process when needed.
About You
You’re a customer-focused and motivated insurance professional with a proactive mindset and a passion for helping others.
Key Requirements
•Minimum 1 year of experience in general/domestic insurance (desirable).
•Tier 2 Insurance Broking qualification (or willingness to obtain).
•Experience with Insight and/or Sunrise (preferred).
•Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
•High attention to detail with strong administrative capabilities.
•Team-oriented and able to work autonomously.
