About the Role
As a Maintenance Planner – Events, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our site.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and coordinate major overhaul work packs, ensuring all planned maintenance tasks are fully scoped, resourced, and communicated prior to handover to the Maintenance Teams for execution.
* Ensure all planning activities meet site safety and operational requirements.
* Liaise with contractors and suppliers to obtain required equipment, materials, and services.
* Develop effective working relationships with site personnel, contractors, and service providers.
* Apply a structured planning approach to support long-term maintenance and budget objectives.
* Consult with stakeholders to produce accurate and complete work packages.
* Monitor shutdown progress and maintain KPI scorecards, documenting issues and recommended improvements for future events.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education
* Mechanical Trade or Mechanical Engineering Qualifications (essential)
Experience
* Minimum of 5 years Maintenance planning experience in complex processing plants (essential)
* Minimum 2 years Major Maintenance Overhaul planning experience (Highly desirable)
Certifications and Training
* Advanced proficiency in MS Project & SAP for maintenance planning (essential)
* Prometheus Maintenance planning experience (Highly desirable)
