**About **OMODA Motors**
OMODA Motors is a new brand, built by Chery Group. OMODA operates individually from the other brands within the Chery Group. Its business scope covers the R&D, production and sales of passenger cars.
**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for researching and planning aftersales service strategies;
- Design quarterly and annual aftersales service plans. Supervise the implementation of these plans;
- Plan and research CSI programs, and be responsible for the formulation and implementation of improvement plans;
- Oversee technical ability improvement plans for general agents and distributors, continuously improving terminal technical maintenance capacity;
- Collect and analyze aftersales service information of competitors, Chery service stations and various markets;
- Maintain quality information management of aftermarket including general agent/sales region, etc., and analyzing quality problems returned from the market;
- Responsible for closed-loop management of customer complaints;
- Bid, plan and supervise aftersales service network planning and construction;
- Management the whole service team, including Spare Parts Manager, Technical Manager and Warranty Client. Also responsible for the KPIs of the entire service team.
**Requirements**:
- Education: Bachelor degree or above;
- Experience: more than 5 years of related work experience in automotive;
- Language requirement: English;
- Flexibility to travel throughout the Region;
- Strong management experience of a service Team.
