Occupational Therapist - Rehabilitation Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team as a Professional Level 4 position. You will work predominantly in the rehabilitation setting, providing high-quality care to patients and contributing to the strategic direction of the Occupational Therapy department.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored intervention plans for all rehabilitation patients, utilizing your expertise in contemporary rehabilitation, patient-centred care and Occupational Therapy practice.
* Work collaboratively as an effective member of the multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care.
