A newly created role, Breast Cancer Care WA is seeking an experienced and purpose-driven Marketing Manager, Services to amplify the visibility, impact and engagement of our support programs for Western Australians facing breast cancer. This role sits at the heart of our mission—connecting clients and families with the personalised care, counselling and practical support they urgently need.

As the Marketing Manager, Services, you'll play a key role in ensuring Western Australians affected by breast cancer know about—and can easily access—the personalised support services available to them. Working closely with the General Manager, Fundraising & Marketing and the Support Services team, you will develop and deliver strategic, insight-led marketing that lifts program visibility, increases participation, and strengthens our connection with clients, families, and health service professionals.
Reporting to the General Manager, Fundraising & Marketing, you will:
* Lead multichannel campaigns that promote service awareness and increase program participation.
* Create meaningful, insight-led content and collateral for clients, families and health service professionals.
* Drive integrated marketing across SEO, SEM, email, social and web.
* Support storytelling, media engagement and impact reporting.
* Work closely with the Services team to enhance client experience and translate insights into improved marketing.
* Support program growth (including our survivorship program, Living Well), new service development and grant submissions.
* Track campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable recommendations.

What you'll bring
Essential:
* 3+ years' experience in marketing, communications or service promotion.
* Strong campaign planning and project management capability.
* Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills.
* Confidence with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp).
* Experience with SEO/SEM and email marketing best practice.
* Ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.
* Experience with grant writing or program development.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and collaborative approach.
Desirable:
* Not-for-profit or health sector experience.
* Understanding of client journeys or service design.
* Empathy-led communication style and passion for community impact.
