Digital Marketing Coordinator (Lead Gen | PPC | SEO | Social)
True Wealth is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator to lead the direction and delivery of our digital marketing. This role is ideal for someone who can bring a holistic vision, translate strategy into execution, and project manage external contractors to get work delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
The Role
You'll own our digital marketing across lead generation, paid media, SEO and social — shaping the roadmap, implementing improvements, and ensuring everything ties together across channels. You'll work closely with our internal team and coordinate third-party contractors (e.g., design, web, content, specialists) to deliver outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Set and execute a holistic digital marketing strategy across lead generation, PPC, SEO and social
* Own end-to-end lead generation activity (funnels, landing pages, conversion tracking, optimisation)
* Manage and optimise PPC/paid media (Google Ads and/or paid social), including testing and budget allocation
* Drive SEO strategy and implementation (content planning, on-page improvements, technical basics, reporting)
* Oversee social media planning and execution (organic + paid support)
* Improve website and campaign performance through CRO (testing, form optimisation, UX improvements)
* Set up and maintain tracking/measurement (GA4, Tag Manager, pixels, conversion events)
* Provide clear reporting and insights (CPL, CAC, conversion rates, pipeline impact)
* Project manage third-party contractors to deliver workstreams on time (web, creative, video, specialist support)
About You
* Demonstrated experience across lead gen, PPC, SEO and social (strategy + execution)
* Strong ability to create a clear marketing vision and implementation plan
* Confident project manager — comfortable coordinating third-party contractors and driving deliverables
* Strong analytical mindset and experience with tracking and attribution (GA4, GTM, conversion tracking)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience in financial services or regulated environments is a bonus (not essential)
