Scope Project Consulting is seeking a talented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the Managing Director and wider business.
This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on variety, takes ownership, and enjoys being at the centre of a professional services environment. You'll be trusted to manage priorities, anticipate needs, and help keep the business running smoothly while contributing to quality, safety, business performance monitoring, project delivery, customer satisfaction and brand awareness.

THE ROLE
As Executive Assistant, you will work closely with the Managing Director to provide confidential, proactive support across the business, acting as a key point of contact for management, clients and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing email, calendar, travel, meetings and phone calls for the Managing Director.
• Overseeing day-to-day office needs, including supplies, equipment, and general upkeep.
• Maintaining the quality system, including policies, procedures, templates, compliance, and audit processes.
• Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence and strategy documents.
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Coordinating marketing activities and digital content.
• Support business development activities, proposals and submissions.
• Assisting with onboarding and HR processes and procedures.
ABOUT YOU
• Executive assistant or business administration experience (3+ years preferred)
• Formal qualifications in business administration or a related discipline (preferred).
• Exceptional organisation, time-management and planning skills and attention to detail.
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise, work autonomously and show initiative.
• High levels of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong computer literacy skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, Canva, Meta and other relevant software.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Experience working in a professional services business setting preferred.
