Personal Carer – Community Aged Care and Personal Carer – Residential Aged Care roles with UnitingCare Queensland. Responsibilities include in-home personal care, daily living assistance, transportation, and supporting with community activities; following individualised Care Plans. 
Responsibilities 
- Spend time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients and their loved ones within their homes 
- Provide in-home personal care and daily living assistance (showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry and ironing) 
- Provide care in accordance with individualised Care Plans 
- Support with community-based recreational and social activities 
- Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments
