**About your new job**
- Working closely with the hiring managers for end to end Internal recruitment for blue and white collar for Australia wide - no more sales
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure recruitment needs and pipelines are met
- Sourcing talent across platforms including Seek, LinkedIn, and internal systems as well as seeking upskilling roles for internal applicants
- Assisting with procedural changes within the recruitment team such as new and improved interview processes etc.
- Updating and maintaining the internal systems to ensure all compliance is met as required
**About you**
- Previous experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition - leadership skills will be highly regarded
- Have ideas or process experience to implement new and improved processes to the team and business
- You will have experience working with SAP, MS Office and other recruitment or CRM systems
- Ability to work in a high volume and fast paced environment with the capacity to meet deadlines
- Expertise working end to end recruitment with a wide range of knowledge of blue and white collar roles
- Ability to think outside the box and have creative ways to seek talent
