Opportunity for qualified and experienced allied health professionals including Social Workers, Psychologists, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Behaviour Analysts to contribute to the important work of our Wyndham Student Support Services (SSS) team.

This position is a Full Time Fixed Term position until 23 December 2026.

You will be working with a great team of professionals based in Point Cook.

You will have access to:

* Structured induction and a range of regular professional development opportunities, e.g. Peer and 1:1 supervision/coaching – both discipline specific and team based peers
* Mentors to help build a professional career
* Implementation of a range of innovative practice opportunities that help to meet all, some and individualised student need, e.g. Combination of consultation and direct work with students and teachers
* Working with teachers and school leaders to influence system change
* Access to up to date resources and technology
* Flexible work arrangements

You will use your discipline specific skills and knowledge to support schools within a multi-tiered framework of support.

About the Role

The Department of Education is looking for qualified and experienced allied health professionals, including Social Workers, Psychologists, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Behaviour Analysts, to support schools in addressing barriers that impact student access, preparation, and progress towards achieving their educational goals and development potential.
