As a Senior Manager, Continuity & Resilience Lead, you'll be part of ING's COO division, leading a team of two and driving business continuity and resilience strategies across the bank. You will play a critical role in ensuring ING can anticipate, respond to, and recover from disruptive events, safeguarding business continuity.You will collaborate with risk, compliance, and senior stakeholders to strengthen ING's resilience framework.
