Key Account Administration Officer
and play a vital role in supporting our operations and key account management across the business.
We're looking for a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional customer service while keeping processes running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
Support the Key Account Management team with day-to-day administrative tasks and customer enquiries.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with national operations and customer service teams.
Prepare, maintain, and run daily and ad hoc reports, including DIFOT and account management reports.
Assist with safety, compliance, and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements.
Audit and process driver runsheets and fleet activities accurately.
Manage additional charges and ensure all account activities are documented correctly.
Escalate customer complaints or service issues promptly and professionally.
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry and reporting skills.
Experience in transport, logistics, or freight administration is highly regarded.
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
