About The Opportunity
Are you organised, detail-oriented, and love providing exceptional customer service? We are currently seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our ACT team on a full-time permanent basis.
This role is required to work across all of our ACT clinics including Kingston, Braddon, North Canberra Hospital, University of Canberra, Gungahlin and Macquarie.
As a Medical Receptionist, You Will
* Be the first point of contact for patients, handling face‐to‐face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.
* Manage payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing.
* Operate our booking system efficiently.
* Assist with back‐office activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting as directed by your manager.
About You
In addition to your passion for excellent customer service and organisational skills, you will bring:
