With a diverse portfolio including parks, playgrounds, sports facilities, residential developments, and large‐scale infrastructure, they have the experience and skills to handle challenging landscape construction requirements. Beyond construction, they provide post‐construction maintenance services to safeguard new landscapes and establish sustainable growth.
The Role
As a Project Manager you will oversee landscape construction and civil projects from inception to completion, ensuring cost‐effectiveness and timely delivery. Your responsibilities include managing client relationships, coordinating resources, and ensuring successful execution of projects ranging from $50 K to $3 M. The majority of projects are in Melbourne's East, so preference is given to candidates living there.
* Manage up to 4 projects simultaneously, depending on project value
* Lead a team consisting of a foreman, leading hand, and labourers
* Be willing to travel
Skills / Requirements
* Ideally Certificate III – Landscape Construction
* 2–5 years of full‐time project management experience in the same industry
* Experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in civil, commercial, council, education, heritage, or landscapes
* Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Project
* Strong client‐management skills
