Project Architect - Multi-Residential & Aged Care Projects

The studio brings together architects, interior designers and urban design specialists who collaborate closely to deliver projects that balance strong design thinking with practical delivery. With a history spanning more than five decades, the practice has built a reputation for designing places where people live, work and connect.
The Role
Their Brisbane team is growing and looking for an Architect with around five years post-graduate experience who is confident using Revit and enjoys contributing to well coordinated, technically strong projects. You will be involved in the delivery of Class 2 multi-residential, aged care and mixed‐use developments while working alongside experienced project leaders within a supportive studio environment.

What You'll Be Doing
* Contributing to the delivery of multi-residential, seniors living and mixed-use developments
* Producing and coordinating Revit documentation across design and documentation phases
* Working closely with project architects, consultants and internal teams
* Supporting the development of technical packages and detailed drawings
* Participating in design coordination meetings and project workshops
* Ensuring documentation meets planning, compliance and construction requirements
* Assisting with project delivery from design development through to construction stages
What You'll Need
* Master of Architecture (M.Arch) or equivalent
* Strong Revit capability and documentation experience
* Experience in Class 2 residential, aged care or mixed-use commercial projects
* Coordination and stakeholder communication skills
* Good understanding of construction documentation and project delivery
* Collaborative, detail focused and motivated to contribute within a busy design studio
