About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Test Analyst to support the implementation of a new Integrity Management System (IMS) supporting Fraud Investigation and Tactical Operations processes within a Federal Government environment.
This engagement sits within a fast-paced Agile delivery program and will play a critical role in ensuring quality, reliability and integration readiness prior to production release.
The IMS is currently in the initial build and integration phase, transitioning into a development environment for end-to-end validation.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
* Develop a comprehensive Test Plan aligned to IMS requirements and business objectives
* Derive test conditions and test cases from Agile user stories and Acceptance Criteria (Azure DevOps)
* Design and execute functional, integration and regression testing
* Perform validation of data integrations, particularly around ETL processes and cross-database linkages
* Validate access controls, role-based permissions and audit functionality
* Manage defects and produce clear, high-quality reporting artefacts
* Collaborate with developers, business analysts and stakeholders across sprint cycles
Environment & Technologies
The solution is built on:
* SAS Visual Investigator (SAS VIYA platform)
* OpenShift container environment
* PostgreSQL database
* Microsoft SQL Server (CCS data integration)
* Microsoft Exchange (workflow/email integration)
* SharePoint (document and records management)
Testing will primarily be manual, with flexibility to introduce automation where it adds value.
About You
To be successful, you will demonstrate:
* Proven experience as a Test Analyst in complex ICT environments
* Strong background in Agile delivery and sprint-based testing
* Experience designing test artefacts including test plans, cases and execution reports
* Exposure to system integration testing and data validation across multiple platforms
* Understanding of access controls, security validation and audit requirements
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
