Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking experienced Case Managers with Allied Health qualifications to join our growing Workers Compensation team. Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of workers compensation claims end-to-end Develop and implement return-to-work and injury management plans Liaise with injured workers, employers, medical practitioners, and allied health providers Review medical reports and determine appropriate treatment pathways Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and scheme requirements Drive positive recovery and return-to-work outcomes About YouTertiary qualification in Allied Health (e.g., Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counseling or similar) Strong understanding of injury management and return-to-work principles Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in workers compensation or insurance (desirable but not essential) BenefitsWe offer competitive remuneration, benefits, training, and career opportunities that reflect our commitment to improving the lives of our employees and communities.
